Our Strategy & Blueprint

At the core of MGSS’s gender justice strategy is the Nari Sangh — a federated network of local self-help groups. We believe that isolated individual struggles are highly vulnerable, but a united sisterhood can successfully negotiate social spaces, demand public rights, and challenge institutional patriarchal violence.

Mahila Mandals (Women Collectives)

Regular village-level mobilization focusing on financial literacy, constitutional awareness, and active participation in local Gram Sabhas.

Domestic Violence & Legal Literacy

Deploying 41+ trained para-legal volunteers to handle gender disputes, support survivors of abuse, and liaise directly with police authorities.

Constitutional Literacy

Initiating Samvidhan Shala courses to educate rural women on basic civil rights, labor welfare laws, and public entitlements.
