Resilience in Action: Key Success Stories

Mission Shakti: The Awakening of Nari Sangh
In Muhammadabad Gohna, Mau, a collective of Dalit women challenged structural wage exploitation under the MGNREGA program. By mobilizing into a unified Nari Sangh (Women's Collective), they successfully demanded fair wages, audited public project registers, and established self-help cottage enterprises, securing structural independence.

Constitutional Literacy: Samvidhan Shala on the Ground
Young rural girls in Mau were trained in foundational constitutional rights, local panchayat governance, and civil filing procedures. The initiative has transformed school dropouts into community child-protection mobilizers, actively preventing child marriage and advocating for the Right to Education.

The Pashu Sakhi Revolution
Rural women trained under MGSS as veterinary companions (Pashu Sakhis) now provide first-line care, vaccinations, and nutrition support to goat and poultry farmers. This initiative has directly cut household livestock mortality by 65%, generating a resilient second income stream.
